Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reset My YouTube Feed browser extension and the resetmyfeed.app website (together, the “Service”), provided by Sphnix, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Reset My YouTube Feed reformats YouTube's subscription and channel pages into a list view with optional filters. The core features are free. Optional Premium features are unlocked with a paid license.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your own personal use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Purchases, billing & renewals
- Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase covering the current major version of the extension.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. License keys
Each purchase issues a license key that unlocks Premium on a limited number of installations and is bound to your device(s). Do not share, publish, or resell your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently (for example, reversed via chargeback).
5. Refunds
If Premium isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a refund. Renewals after the first period are generally non-refundable — cancel before a renewal date to avoid being charged.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break any law or YouTube's terms, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to circumvent licensing or usage limits.
7. Third-party services
The Service runs on top of YouTube. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC; YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. YouTube may change its site at any time, which can affect the Service. Payments are handled by Stripe.
8. Intellectual property
The extension, the website, and their content are owned by Sphnix, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks, code, or content beyond the limited license in Section 2.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to YouTube.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sphnix, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $20.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, USA.
